Welcome to my website.
I provide a quiet, confidential and non- judgemental space where I can support you to overcome difficulties and issues that may be causing you distress. I will listen attentively to your concerns and journey alongside you, supporting you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I will not offer you advice but I will help you to make sense of your life events and experiences. My aim is to lead you to find awareness, self-acceptance and greater harmony and balance in your life.
I am an Integrative Counsellor with 17 years’ experience of supporting adults, children and young people to overcome a diverse range of issues that have impacted on their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I am an Accredited Member of BACP and abide by their Code of Ethics and Practical Guidelines. These can found on the BACP website www.bacp.co.uk. .
I am committed to ongoing professional development and attend regular training and workshops.
All of my work is clinically supervised which is necessary to ensure safe practice. This means that I will discuss it with my supervisor who is another counsellor.
My Practice is based at The Abbey Mead Health Centre, Tavistock and at 6 Ermington Terrace, Mutley Plymouth PL4 6QG..
I am available Monday- Thursday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday 9a.m.- 12.00 p.m.
My room is accessible to wheelchairs.

Qualifications
- B.Ed (Hons Degree)
